| Description |
The REGINA MSP Compendium of regional experiences is a collection of practices about diverse approaches to MSP adopted by various regions in Europe. It aims to capture the diversity of these approaches and to report benefits and challenges, with the final goal of boosting replication of positive experiences across all European regions and encourage multi-level governance in MSP. The Compendium showcases different regional approaches to MSP and describe how gaps and barriers have been addressed or could be addressed in the future. The compendium identifies and demonstrates strengths and weaknesses of the selected approaches/practices. The final goal is to encourage replication of positive MSP-related experiences across all the sea basins of the European Union and encourage multi-level and multi-actors’ marine governance processes to support a European sustainable Blue Economy.
